This is how I remember Roy--how he looked in the 1970s and mid-1980s when I last saw him. Kind, honest eyes. Sneaking Mr. Pibb out of the contraband soda pop machine in the back of the BYU Press. Urging me to read "Catch 22." Life was never the same after that.
